Help! New baby duck had heat lamp fall on it!:(

Okay I was adjusting the heat lamp for my new baby duck that I got this morning and it fell and I got it off really quick and one duckling fell on its back and now it looks like something is in its eye!! Please help!! He is just a few days old and now he had something in his eyeand he has a lot of mucus and he is just sitting and looks like he’s trying to sleep. I feel so bad!! He doesn’t look burnt tho

Does he have any visible injuries? Can he walk? Move his wings and legs normally? Does he sit in a normal position? Also, is he eating, drinking, and pooping?

Yes all those things. He has been trying to swallow all his mucus but can. His eye is shut with something. A couple others have a lot of mucus too. One of his eyes are closed shut with something. How can I help it?? I have been letting them swim and drink so idk what is the problem

How do I help them clear out their mucus? They have a lot. They are pointing their heads up and swallowing. And when they shake their head flem comes out

Is that there entire set up or just a place you put them for a second?

have you tried washing his/her eye out with warm water?

I have them in the yard during the day and I’m only keeping them in here for two nights while it is cold outside.
I’ve put him in a bath of warm water but all he did was drink a little and sit.

He is trying to get closer to the heat lamp. I put it back on bc they wouldn’t stop crying without it. Notice how one eye is closed and the other isn’t..
