Help~ New Chicks are sick and I don't know how to help

I am very new to raising chickens and we experienced our first hatching from a mother serama. My son noticed two eggs that had piped but, were not hatching. I brought them in and helped them hatch. I've done this with eggs in an incubator a few times. The babies are in the incubator but, one seems to have something wrong with it's bottom. Other than it's bottom, the chick seems to be doing good. It can drink water and is walking around real good. The black one is not doing as well and it appears that something is out of joint. I'm posting pictures, with hopes that someone can tell me what I can do to help these two.

Hello! How are the babies doing? Eating and drinking ok? Are they going to the bathroom, etc?

They are doing better today. The black one still wobbles when it walks but, it's walking a lot better. They both are drinking water but, they do not seem interested in the food. They have both used the bathroom.
