Felicia..cut your ties and your losses and learn from it...Never again buy birds unless you can see how they were raised and conditions or from folks you know and trust...even then be very choosy ;( I think every bird owner at one point in time has been down this road..It sucks..we feel taken..****** and even vendictive thoughts of retaliation can take place...but the smartest is just forget it and move on with the knowledge you wont do it again...
OR if you cant let it go....keep taking photos and documentation..tell them to contact you when they return to finalize and put an end to this situation..meaning a full refund and youll never bother them again..you have the videos..
