HELP Newbie with NEW chicks

Looks like a bit of pasty butt. You've got to get that vent cleared. Use a warm, damp paper towel and gently wipe away the poo that is blocking the vent.

I did that but it didnt seem to help her she is still acting funny and swollen.. any more suggestions?

Keep the vent clear, that's all that can really be done. Do you have a thermometer in the brooder? They may be a bit too hot or a bit too cool.

Looking at your pic it could be mushy chick (infection of the umbilical area). I would separate the chick from the others so they can't peck at this area, f they see the blood it will become a blood bath. Maybe put it with another quiet chick out of the group.
