HELP! OMG My gosling can't walk all of a sudden!

It can definately use the leg, just not well. The Nutri-drench has niacin in it, I have no idea how much to give of pills, etc. I don't think the chickens hurt it because I didn't see any sign of that. I am still thinking it had something to do with switching from a smooth surface to a rough one, but that is just the conclusion I have come to that makes the most sense. I have had it hobbled for almost a week now and am noticing more improvement, I have it housed with a beat up mandarin duck and they seem to get along fine. It can stand on both hobbled legs now for several hours and walk ok, but when it tries to run, that's when there is problems. Its legs get kicked back behind and then he can't right them because of the hobble. I am still not giving up and noticing more improvement so will keep you all posted! Thanks for all the concern and advice.

Woohoo!!!! I came home from lunch to see it not able to walk with its hobbled back legs kicked out behind him. So I undid the hobble to see what happened. It's WALKING!!! Moving the leg normal, a little off because it has gotten used to the legs being taped together. I hope I am not speaking too soon but it seems to be able to walk quite well without the tape!! That was scary and I learned a very valuable lesson!
