Help on feeding young pigeons

2 squabs are body feathered w/bald heads. Something got the hen pigeon but the cock bird is still there. Will he feed them on out?
 
He should feed out ,if they are 2 weeks old. Most will ,but check the crop and see if he is feeding them.
