Help or advice: Partially closed (not swollen) eye discoloration on wattle and above eye as swell.

This morning I noticed discoloration around the face and wattle of one of my hens. She doesn’t seem to want to open the eye very much either.. she’s acting fine, eating, scratching and doing her normal Hen things. I check my girls over every morning and I did not notice anything on her yesterday. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m still struggling to find a vet anywhere near me who treats chickens. I took two shots, one of the right side of her face in one of the left side just for comparison. Thank you <3

Looks like she's suffered some type of injury, not sure what from. Any snakes about?
The wattle is curious that's for sure. Her beak is scuffed too, can you tell if it's cracked?

I'd clean and investigate the scabbing near her eye. Clean it with saline, flush the eye with saline. Apply triple antibiotic ointment to the scabs.

Look her over for lice/mites too.
