Help! Pigeon Injury!

My cat somehow bit my pigeons thigh through the bars of the cage. It's a very deep cut. I can see the bone in the cut. What can I do for it? Will it get infected? Need some advice asap.

I would clean it out and put neosporin on it and possibly try to sew it up. Is there a lot of blood? Is the bird in obvious pain or discomfort or just being "normal"? Also if you can get a picture that would be a great help in giving advise.
