*Help Please* Chick Stuck In Shell

Hi BYC! This weekend my eggs were set to hatch, but unfortunately I was away for day 21 and much of day 22. When I returned, many chicks had successfully hatched, but there remained two eggs as such which have obviously pipped, but made no further progress. I am not sure when this took place, but one seems to be no longer responsive, and the other moves and cheeps, but I fear it is stuck in its shell. I am wondering what I should now do. Would it be best to intervene?

Have you read the articles on assisted hatches? Using coconut oil or water on the membrane should reveal if there are still blood vessels receeding.
