HELP PLEASE...my Khaki C. swallowed a nylon knee-high stocking!!!

Oh, she is positively beautiful! Wow! Isn't it fun to see how tiny they used to be? When Wobbles was a day old he ate and drank out of a bottlecap! We upgraded to a shallow ramekin at about one week but even then he had trouble reaching his neck over it to take a drink. Now he steps in it all the time. :p Of course.

thanks all

she's half/half amykins....has her penned area out back where she sleeps/swims/& stays through the day when we're at work, but when we're home she just roams around the backyard & comes in & out of the house when she pleases (have timber floors so not such an issue with the poop!) & I nearly always have her in for a couple of hours at night before I put her out to bed...needless to say, she thinks she rules the house!!

I finally got some downloaded from laptop! there is a roof completely covering the pen now, so she is completely safe when in there, some pics from baby til now.
Beautiful girl love her coloring. How is she doing ?

She's a lot more active today & more vocal! Think she's playing me big time...knows I'm fussing & giving her what she wants!! Eating more as well which is good. I'm so happy i found this site, you're all WONDERFUL!! thank you xxx

She's a lot better now thanks Miss Lydia....very active/noisey/demanding ..... yep, she's back to normal! Take her to vet on wed arvo for a check up & her wound seems to be healing nicely too. I'm just a bit sad that we leave on sat for hols as would really love to have had another week just to make sure she's 100%

That's excellent news! I'm so happy she's doing better. Still don't know what could have possibly possessed her to want to eat an entire stocking, though!

Great news!! Hopefully you'll see her so much more back to normal you'll be able to go on holiday and not have to worry much.[other than normal worry] lol Make sure you have a list ready for your care givers on how to care for her. Thanks for updating.
