HELP! PLEASE? Need advice for treating 50+ for lice/mites

Culling a bird for lice is completely unnecessary IMO. With proper treatement lice and mites are a curable problem. It is also a preventable problem with regular maintenance. At the very least it should never get to the point of needing to cull any birds.

So sorry you lost Goliath to those bloodsuckers. When a chicken is infested with them, they become anemic, then die. Personally, I dont mess around with external parasites and I use the big guns and hit them hard with sevin dust. It's a matter of dusting them all at one time as well as their house, roosts and nests so they dont get the chance to spread/reproduce....then repeating everything again in 10-14 days to kill any eggs that have hatched. I do the same thing when worming, with products I know for sure that work, no guesswork.
