Help please-old sick hen

Hi everyone. I have a 2 year old ISA brown hen that isn’t acting well. She’s been odd on and off for a few weeks now. Today she was standing in a corner, eyes closed, super puffy feathers and very lethargic. Upon picking her up I realized that she’s dropped A TON of weight. She used to be super heavy and now she’s super light, basically all feathers. But she’s eating fine. Is she just nearing the end?

2 days ago was the last day I’ve collected the proper number of eggs

Okay.
Early in the morning before she eats or drinks anything check her crop and make sure it's empty.
Also check her over for lice or mites. Especially look around the vent area for them.

I thoroughly checked her entire body, she has no mites or lice. Very healthy skin. She’s in a crate in the garage because it’s cold here, and the garage is house temperature. I’ll check her crop in the morning. Thank you! She’s just super skinny!

No, she’s one of the head hens. She’s the second oldest and is a pretty chill hen, but doesn’t like being handled. Today I handled her without her moving at all

What do you feed her and the rest of your flock?

I feed nutrena layer pellets freely, and toss nutrena all flock down outside for chickens and turkeys and ducks to share during the day. Layer feed is free fed

How she stands all day. (That’s not watermelon it’s a watermelon printed plate for her oatmeal)
