Help please-old sick hen

Has she laid an egg at all while being sick?

Update- today she’s walking a bit more but seems to be in pain. Super puffed up and head tucked to her body. I feel so bad for her. She has no bugs (like mites or lice), has been dewormed recently, nobody else in my flock is sick and no recent deaths, consistent weather patterns, feed is the same, and her coloration is fine. I’m so stumped. And I feel bad for her

Hmm, I wonder if she could be having trouble laying a shell-less egg. Just a thought.

Maybe. What would I do to determine if that’s the problem? In my other hens it’s been obvious

It's not always obvious that's the problem.
So I think I'd just get some calcium citrate +D3 and give her one tablet once a day.

I agree with @Tookie I'd get some calcium into her and see if that helps.

Do you have photos of her and her poop?
