Check her crop to see if it is enlarged and hard or puffy, and again in early morning before she eats or drinks when it should be empty. A long standing crop problem or cancer would be 2 things that might cause weight loss. If you lose her, it would be good to do a necropsy on the body. Azygous has a good article on crop problems:

I checked her crop this morning before she ate and found that it was completely normal. After a few hours with water and food it inflated a bit and felt air-filled
