HELP Please Polish Chicks Hens From Roo's

how can you tell ? I can only have 1 more hen,so says my parents. The lady says that they are only a week old.

I have heard about thin legs versus thick legs.
I have also heard of sloping crest versus round crest.

I will be anxious to find out this as well. I just bought two Polish babies on friday

Does anyone have any input on how you can take a pretty good educated guess on if a polish is a hen or roo ? this could be my only shot for more chickens for a long long time.
