How are the chicks now?Hello everyone! I need some help sexing or just general guessing as the the genders of my little, 5wk old flock. The chooks in question are:
2 Lavender Orpingtons,
2 Jersey Giants
& 3 Easter Eggers.
The feed store we brought them home from said they were likely females (they were only 3days old at the time though.)
I know most people say to wait until 6-8wks to sex your chickens, but my family really needs to prepare in case more than one turns out to be a roo. I've attached pictures with numbers and their breed. Please let me know what you think.
