Help please! This happened about two hours ago, when it happened it looked really swollen, now it looks a little better, please help!

What happened? Was the chick pecked in the eye? Did you just find the eyelid swollen? Is there any bubbles or drainage in the eye? Have you heard any sneezing or congestion? Can you clean the eye and apply some plain Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin ointment into the eye?
