Help.. please .. Why is this egg fulll of blood?

Hello, Could someone please help.. I cracked eggs this morning and YIKES!! An egg is full of blood & there is a membrane on the yoke, is this a fertilized egg or is something wrong? We were positive we did not have a rooster in with our hens. Thank you to anyone who may know .

I had one of those not long ago...piece of tissue breaks off as the ova is released and get encapsulated in the egg.

If only once I wouldn't worry, if it happens consistently then that hen has a serious reproductive problem and I would cull.
