Help please

Hello. My chicken has her head down and butt up in the air for about 5 days. I brought her inside and I have been soaking her in the tub. Also have electrolyte water. Does anyone know what’s wrong with her? This chicken is 2 and has never laid an egg before so not sure if she’s egg bound. I tried feeling for an egg and a little white stuff cane out that’s about it.

Was she on a nest and refusing to get off? It's not impossible she believes she's brooding eggs even though she hasn't laid any. A broody hen will flatten herself in a nest and spread out her body with her tail end up high.

If she's been in a nest like this for just a few hours at a stretch, then she gets off to go eat and dirt bathe before returning, she could be trying to lay her first egg.

Other than this behavior, is she behaving normally? Good appetite? Normal poop?

I was thinking it was probably wry neck.... but yes I suppose a broody might be described as looking like that too.

If her head is down and possibly curled its rye neck. It's a vitamin E deficiency. The lack of the vitamin disables and enables the muscles of the neck to drop down and start to curl. I would recommend to give your silkie tuna or a high vitamin minerals. Hope she gets better
