question, I splinted the leg of the hen that was limping really bad and she is walking better now, was that a good idea?

here are some pics

Not sure what that first photo is supposed to be of?

The feet - that is the result of Frostbite looks like to me. The toes all look to be healed, there is nothing that can be done about those. You may want to check the bottoms of the feet to see if there are any scabs that would indicate Bumblefoot.
The scales look a little dry, it won't hurt to rub some type of oil or vaseline under and into the scales.

If she's walking better then it was.:)

It looks like the injuries are pretty much healed, about all you can do now is care for them and like @Wyorp Rock said get a little moisture on those legs and toes.

the first pic is of what is left of her wing
Gotcha. But it's all healed over too? No pus, foul odors, etc.?

In all your photos I don't see anything that can be treated unless the bottoms of the feet have scabs like Bumblefoot.

Are all the birds eating/drinking and active?

they are all limping slightly and one does have a couple scabs but those might just be from injuries to her feet and the wing does have some scabbing.

But you don't notice any signs of infection? You looked at the bottom of the feet too?

The limping could be from a number of things - I would hazard a guess it's because of the loss of toes due to frostbite. Could be the toes/feet are still sensitive, it's really hard to know. Frostbite could have also caused some nerve damage.
