Help Please!

This is my first incubation and one of my chicks hatched still attached to the shell, with a white chunky substance on its "umbilical cord..
But one of the other chicks pecked it and ruptured its yolk sac before it was fully done absorbing.. So can I save the little chick? Is its sac infected? and if so will the rest of the eggs be okay in the same incubator? or will they get sick?

Welcome to BYC. Coat the abdomen/yolk sack with antibiotic ointment and restrict the chicks activity. Sometimes they make it.

I'd detach the shell, treat and place in a padded container in the incubator. With that minimal extruding, it may very well survive.

Okay when I went back to remove the shell and add padding. It was way bigger. ! Does he still have a chance?
