So I went to go let my hens out and I noticed one of my hens has a bit of blood on her bottom and also poo, she doesn't look very comfortable either, she's also a very active chicken but now all she is doing is just standing in one spot

Welcome to BYC. She could have suffered a prolapsed vent, and the other chickens may have been attracted to the red tissue pecking at her, and pulling out feathers. Do you see any red tissue from inside the vent sticking out? If so, then apply some honey or Preparation H to the prolapsed tissue to reduce swelling. I would check inside her vent an inch or two for a stuck egg (use a rubber glove.) Does she have a bad odor? I would use a probiotic in her water in case she is showing signs of vent gleet. Do your hens have plenty of room? Here is a good link about prolapse to read, and I would clean up her vent and separate her for now, so that she isn't injured: http://www.the-chicken-chick.com/2012/04/prolapse-vent-causes-treatment-graphic.html
