You really are to be congratulated for your care and perseverance in dealing with such a daunting task. Can we have a before and after photo side by side when treatment is complete to fully appreciate the result you have achieved.

I'm going to keep her inside for a while even after she heals... she is so scrawny (always has been my smallest chicken), I want to try to fatten her up a bit. lol

Looks so good! Wonderful job! I agree with what everyone else is saying. You should be proud of yourself! I like your idea about a dissection kit for the first aid bag. I think I am going to get one too! I used to have one for anatomy but that was 20 years ago.

Useful for doing necropsies too, if things don't go as well as they have in this case..... hope I am not jinxing things by saying that
