Help, Pullet (non laying) has water come out of her vent onto the ground as if she was peeing(?) I have had her 6 days at this point!
I purchased two pullets from a lady. When I got home with them, the kennel carrier was wet (and some poop). So I cleaned the bottom of the pullets up and then kennel carrier. They have been in my run and coop, (I know, I should have kept them separate), please don't beat up on me with mean comments.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Pictures to come of both pullets!

How old is this pullet?

What is her behavior? Lethargic?

Do you have other chickens?

What is your location? What season is it right now where you live?

Give us a photo of the pullet you're concerned about, including her posture standing and her eyes.

A photo of her poop on a neutral background so we can see the poop.

Age: The lady I bought her from guessed that she was 14-15 wks old and that was 6 days ago.

Behavior: Her behavior is find. She is eating find, drinking find. She walks around the run and coop. I tried to let them free range with the others and day before yesterday and my young rooter did attach her, which upset her. I quickly stopped that and seperated my roo from her.
Photos show the color of her comb.
I know she is not laying yet, due to my flock molting, I only have one of my silkies go in the coop and lay.

Location: I'm located in South West Georgia (Sharpsburg, GA). Fall season: right now it's 66 degrees at 11:16 am. Low last night was 43 degrees. Hight today will be 80 degrees according to my weather on my phone. Today through next Wednesday ranges day temps 75 degrees - 80 degrees, night temps range from 43 degrees - 56 degrees.

Poop: I was sitting in the run down low on a milk crate and she pooped while I was sitting there, so got a pic of it. See attached pics.
My concern was the water coming from her and the wet carrier when I got them out. Both had wet bellies and and chest where they laid. Hopefully it's just stress from the move.

Thank you in advance for your help.

The poop appears solid and normal. If you repost that pic and select full image, we can then zoom and see it better.

Stress of the journey likely caused the watery discharge. But keep an eye on their behaviors and also keep watching the poop. Also, watch out for signs of respiratory illness - weepy eyes, drippy nares, coughing and sneezing.

Are there other chickens that will be coming into contact with these two?

Poop Pic: On the poop pic, went back on my phone and reverted to original photo.
I pray that it's just stress from the journey, and also, my young rooster didn't help matters. I pull my flock out of the run to free range.

My flock & Newbies close, but seperated (See Pics):
And I let my newbes have run of the coop, due to it's larger area than their area. They are still skiddish to us. My flock is near them, can see them but can't reach them. There is a enclosure off. Trying to get them use to the new pullets for a couple of weeks before I free range them together. Then later on try to put them together in the run with me standing in there.

More Info: Gypsy (this pullet) one did run out before I got the door closed and ran under a building with my flock for a short while before we could get her put back up. So she has been in close range with my flock.
So far eyes look clear, nose looks good, and no coughing or sneezing, but I will keep a close watch on her and on Queenie (the other new pullet).
