It's day 19 and I think I put them in the egg carton wron I put them on there side instead of small side down. Should I open it and fix it or what should I do?

Yup, go ahead and fix it. As long as they didn't pip externally yet, you should be just fine. Just do it quickly so not to cool them down too much. Good luck with your hatch.
