We have 5chicks that we’re just hatched 2 days ago. We closed the door with a slider on the bottom so rats don’t come in at night. we woke up to the sound of a screaming chick, and we wiped the wound off with a warm damp napkin which seemed to help because all the blood came off. The wound has a bad smell, that smells like rotten pumpkin. She now seems dizzy and doesn’t run around with the other chicks and stopped eating. We syringe feed her and she’s good with drinking water (electrolyte water) but should we put neosporin on it? It’s in between her beak and eye (I’ll post a picture) We are truly heartbroken and would appreciate your help.

It's very good that you gave her some electrolytes if you really really care you could take her to the vet but other then waiting it out I don't know if chickens can get rabies or not make her some hard boiled or scrambled egg and give her lots of rest I'm so sorry that happened to her

Also, she needs warmth. Is there a heat source in the brooder? Can you bring the chicks inside the house until you can figure out how the rat got in?
She lives in the house already with the other four, they have a heating lamp. I’m guessing the rat got in from the garage and somehow was able to squeeze though the door slider.
