Iceberg lettuce has no nutritional content but is not directly harmful. A bit as a treat won't hurt anything.
Don't mess with E. coli. This is why regulations exist.

my ducks dont like lettuce anyway they get frozen corn treats. They are savages for it

There is big recall on romaine lettuce for ecoli. This is a daily staple for my ducks and they know it. So now they are quacking/screaming at me this morning cause they don’t have it. Can ducks get ecoli like humans? Any other ideas I know I read iceberg isn’t healthy and my ducks are picky eaters.

We have a small green house, and my ducks love kale, spinach, lemon verbena, basil. We also hit Lee Lee's once a month to pick up extra greens. The Chinese market because they have a huge variety of greens. Hope this helps.
