Please help !! The right eye of my rooster is squinting. It's been six months and the eye ball keeps going downwards. I don't know what to do. I checked his eye properly but I couldn't find any dirt, swelling or inflammation. When I started to notice that problem, I used eye drops too. Most of the time, he doesn't open his right eye. He opens a little bit rarely.

I had this once with my rooster, I just gave him this special antibiotic liquid that you put in their eye twice a day and over the next 3 days it got better to the point when it was back to normal and both eyes were fully open, try that

Can I use any antibiotic liquid? or should it be made specifically for chickens?
