help save my copper maran chick

I have a seven week old chick that's sick. she started yesterday with watery stools that appeared to have blood in it, the blood appears to have stopped but today she is just barely moving she's cold to touch her eyes are shut and she very lethargic. I've moved her into a separate clean area near a radiator with fresh grit water and food (although she's not interested in either) I don't think she will make the night but if anyone can give me a few pointers I'd be grateful .

just an update i've noticed her poop is white there isn't much of it and it has the consistency of correction fluid
