Help! Scabby comb!

Help! What is wrong with Luna's comb? We had some extreme weather 2 weeks ago, and a few of her tips turned black and her comb was laying over. I assumed frostbite, treated tips with a little bit of idodine and let her get on with her chicken life.

Now she has this weird scabby comb, and some of it on her ears, too. Anyone have any idea what it could be, and how to treat it?

Is there any chance that her comb got skinned? Did she get in a fight? Maybe you can take a warm wet paper towel and try cleaning her up to see if it cleans up?

Put some Vaseline or A&D ointment on it. Hopefully it improves.
