there is no magic time for intervention believe me I have tried to figure that out.....and high probability it may have still had issues, even if you had intervened earlier.

I had one like that and I gave it vit e, it was last or 2nd to last. I gave it nutridrench water every 2 hours, but it didn’t improve, so I culled it. I’ve had ones with necks that were less bent, and looking up, and I’ve had a couple of those recover with intense tlc but it’s kind of a crap shoot. Seems to only happen to very late chicks for me.
