I’ve read the “how to” try to sex pea combs, but just don’t have much luck with it. I am trying to figure out what these three Ameraucanas are. My best guess is the blue with the bright comb is cockerel, and the black pullet. And the other blue is a toss up to me. Any guesses on these three?
From what I was told they should be 11-12 weeks old. Sorry for the cruddy pictures they are still in “quarantine” and are flighty little things. I really don’t think they were handled at all.

the left blue I’m unsure, black I’m guessing pullet and the right blue cockerel?

if any were cockerels they should have larger and redder combs by 12 weeks

thank you for your help. I was holding out hope for one cockerel. Lol and most people would be ecstatic that they had all pullets. The age is my best guess, because the lady I bought them off of has a ton of chicks and I don’t think keeps records. But I would assume at their size it shouldn’t make much difference.
