HELP! Should I assist this egg?!

Today is late Day 22, and im not sure if I should help a egg. The others started to pip on day 20, and 6 out of 7 were hatched and fluffy on day 21. The last egg hasn't pipped at all and I'm a bit concerned. What should I do? I candled, no internal pip either. Should I drill a hole? Leave it be?

When you candled it did you see any movement?

I would candle it and if I see movement I'd leave it be, but if I don't see movement then I'd slowly start assisting hatch with the idea that it is probably dead.

As soon as you see any blood stop assisting and place it back. There are tons of articles on how to assist a hatch.

No, I didn't see any movement but I did see some veins so not a nlood ring. Are there any specific articles you would reccomend?
