One of my Silkies has went back to laying. My incubator will not be here for another 2-7 days.

I need to know, should I leave the egg where it is, or should I bring it inside. It is hot in the hen house during the day. Our weather has been in the 90's or higher.

If I take her egg will she stop laying again?

Take the egg in. Put it in an egg carton on the counter. I think she will probably keep laying if you take the eggs away. If you don't, she might go broody again!

I am going to go get the egg right now.... Pointy side down right? Then turn them at least 2 times a day?

Yes. Pointy side down. You don't need to turn them until you start incubating. Good luck!

Thanks guys! I couldn't do it without ya'll.
