My girl is about 6 months old and she is lethargic and not acting herself. She normally does not let you touch her and now she just lays there. She is still eating, drinking and using the bathroom. Her stool is loose, but not diarrhea. She is still walking, but having trouble keeping her balance. She weighs about the same as before. I checked her vent and it looks normal. This is the 3rd chicken that has been like this, but the others died. I do have her separated from all of the others. This started last night. Please, any help would be grateful. I have a call into the vet.

From the history of losing 2 others to similar symptoms, I would try to rule out coccidiosis, but it sounds like possible Mareks disease. With coccidiosis, they are lethargic, not eating, stand or sit around puffed up or hunched, and having runny poops with mucus or sometimes blood. I would get a necropsy on her if you lose her, byt he state poultry vet, to look for Mareks or other causes of illness. Is it hot where you live? Does she have plenty of shade and cool shaded water throughout the day. You can post pictures of her if you wish. Here is some info about Mareks:

If you lose her, here is a list of state poultry vets that do necropsies:

Thank you so much for your response and info. Here are a couple pics of her and the coop.
