HELP Sick chick Medication dose!

Hi. I have a 3.5 month old who I am putting on antiB sulfa 800 Trimethoprim 160. Is there a math way of figuring out how much to give a 1 pound chicken? I have already spend 300 recently on two other chickens at vet and tbh the vets here just don’t know enough. Alls I hear is birds are hard to treat. I really need help figuring out the dosage for this bird please.
