You bought them from someone else where they could have come into contact with the illness

So these are from mypetchicken.com I doubt they have access to the chickens there since this is a large distributor. Then again I might be wrong.

You never know, it is easy to spread and being a large distributor it is so possible, if it is cocci it is easy to treat when caught early. Have you tried probiotics on the little guys? they may just be having some stress issues

I just started with that Other then that what is the timeline like for treating. it is 11 pm here and tomorrow is work day. Can something like this wait till afternoon or has to be treated ASAP?

Wait is it possible chickens getting something like this from stress? today was first time I put them out of the box in our bathroom to run. I suppose couple of people were sitting by them. THAT IS when the chick started acting like that. Could it be because it was out of warmth?

Yes, stress will make it act like that, it was probably too cold, te bathroom floor was so cold on its feet which in turn cooled its body

So just last question then to whomever looking. So let's assume this was the cold floor, stress etc. How do people then move chicks out into the coop? Wouldn't it cause chicks stress/cold etc? Any pointers?

Wait until they are much older and have all of their feathers. Also chicks are ok outside if they have a hen that will keep them warm and mother them.
