Help Sick Chick!

I have a 5 week old Batnam Cochin. On Sunday I noticed she/he eating funny. Then on Monday I noticed a small spot below it’s neck. It is now Thursday. I have been giving 0.1 cc of Tylan 50 twice a day with no improvement. The chick is unable to swallow food. It seems to build up in its mouth and turn to mush. I did notice that it’s tongue does not appear to look normal. Can anyway help??!!!! Thanks in advanced

I can try. It’s a pretty small chick so snapping a pic has been pretty difficult.
