I have a 11 day old chick that seems to be less active than the others. He recently started holding out his wings kind of outward and moving his head in a weird turning way? (It’s hard to explain but I’ll Try and get a video) He kinda stretches his neck out and then turns it to the side with his mouth a little open. He still eats and drinks BUT I can feel his breast bone and he seems like he’s loosing weight fairly fast. (Though he still is eating!) I can’t find anywhere that can tell me what’s wrong with him! Please help!

I'm sorry about your chick.

A video would be good - you will need to upload to youtube and provide us a link.
Can you get some photos of the chick's poop?
What do you feed?
Where are you housing the chicks? What temperature is it?

Is the crop empty, full, hard, squishy, doughy? Is it emptying overnight?
It would be a good idea to weigh the chick if possible this way you can track his weight or the next little while to see if he's gaining/losing more.

It's hard to know which way to go with the symptoms you describe.
At 11 days old, Coccidiosis comes to mind. The "weird" head movements make me thing crop issues or a neurological problem.

Do you have Corid (Amprolium) on hand?

I think I would start with giving some poultry vitamins that contain Vitamin E and Thiamine (B1). Poultry Nutri-Drench would be good for that.

Look forward the photos and video.

so I’ve narrowed it down to being a crop issue I just don't know what the exact issue is or how to fix it. His crop feels empty most of the day and is soft and squishy, never hard and full. I’ve been keeping a close eye on him and he does eat. I just don’t think it’s getting sorted in the crop??? I don’t know. He’s stopped doing the head movements and is just a little weak now and likes to sleep often. He often does wake himself up and try to swallow and adjust things as well as constantly swallowing

Can you post some photos of the chick, his poop and of the brooder?

Is he drinking?
What do you feed? Are you giving any treats?
Have you looked inside his beak to make sure there's no obstruction or food lodged inside his beak or throat?
