HELP- Sick Turkey

I have 5 turkeys in a 12x16' run in the same area we free range chickens and guinea fowl. In just one day one of our turkeys looks like this. The other turkeys are beating up on him flat out so to sure if this is sickness or bullying but his neck and head is very very swollen and red. I have also noticed one chicken with rattle breathing and a drop in my chicken egg production though not sure they are related.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Looks like he's getting pecked, and bullied, you probably need more room or less birds. I would separate it out before they kill it, and see if it improves. It's possible it's sick and that's why they started going after it or it could be from dominance fighting, either way turkeys will keep doing something they have set their mind to. I have seen fights go on for days.
