I just bought some chicks today and when I got home, I noticed that my blue silkie chick's abdomen was very swollen and that there was a little bit of blood in that area. She also is acting very strange. She isn't moving around very much or eating or drinking or chirping. I am very worried about it and I don't know what to do.

Welcome To BYC

Is her navel on the abdomen closed?

In the photo, that looks like her vent and it's been slightly damaged probably from being picked.
There's poop on the vent as well.
Get a warm wet cloth and gently clean the vent, then apply a little vaseline, coconut oil or anti-inflammatory cream to the vent to help soothe it.
If you get her wet, dry her well, you can use a hair dryer set on low to dry her. You don't want her to get chilled.

Work on getting drops of sugar water into her and see that she's staying warm.

Do you have a heat lamp or brooder plate in your brooder?

Once she's hydrated, offer a little wet soupy chick starter.

When I look at the vent I see something that is a reddish color inside moving around. Is this her internal organs?

Yes, it's probably tissue that you see.

1tsp sugar to 1 cup warm water for the sugar water.

Not sure what you mean the vent is closed. What is in your photo is the vent.
The navel is on the abdomen below the vent.

Work on hydration and see if she's able to poop a little better, she's got dried poop on her vent that you'll want to clean off.
