What are you trying to deter them from or what is your big problem? If just your coop or run then pictures might be helpful.

Skunks are chicken predators, but they may also be attracted to the chicken feed.

Motion activated sprinklers might be an option if the space you're trying to deter them from is large enough.

they are eating my chickens. the coop is about 10-15 feet by 10-15 feet. I'll do almost anything to protect my chickens.

When are they getting to your chickens? Daytime, dusk, at night? What time do you lock your chickens up at night? How are the skunks getting to them?
