Help! Some kind of sore in chick's back

My chicks are 20 days old and one of my chicka have developed some kind of sore on its back. What might be the cause and reason? Should I be worried about it ? What can be the remedy? In other terms, he is extremely healthy and is loitering around happily. He eats well too.

No heat pads. They just wander around in my backyard freely (it's safe from predators)

Huh, weird. Doesn;t really look like a pecking injury. Any fence or hard object that he could've squeezed under or something like that, maybe could scrape up just the tiptop of the wing?

Nope! No such things around!

Yeah, I'm stumped. Figured it was a burn or scrape. Hope he's doing well other than those wounds?
