Help!! Something coming out of hens vent

It doesn't look like a soft shell egg.
When I pull on it pink tissue comes with it. She acts perfectly normal. I will be giving her a bath now.
Please help!

DO NOT pull on it.
It probably needs to be pushed back in.
Read up on prolapse, even though I am not sure this is a prolapse.

No. this is lash egg, which is caused by a few different things but is essentially an infection in the oviduct where the hens eggs are made. Sadly most hens die withing six months after getting it and those who don't die never fully recover.

I don't recommend pulling on it because that can cause you to prolapse the cloaca or tear the wall which can cause even more problems.
