Help! Something is wrong with my hen

She's not very active. Just laying around. Not pecking or exploring like usual.

Try giving her some maple syrup, or molasses if you have it....
or Poly vi sol without iron...
check for cuts, or loose toe nails....loss of feathers... (could be being picked on or molting)
got any picture....?

I can send a picture after church. Her feathers look funny ever since I gave her a bath yesterday.

I just noticed she has a fairly large lump on one side of her breast.

Is it hot there....if so make sure she has plenty of water....
Check to see if it feels like she has an egg that won't come out....
The lump isn't her crop is it...?
Is she eating...?

I'm pretty sure she's eating... I know she's drinking for sure. I checked my other hens for a lump and they don't have one. It's day 4 and she is still alive, moving around a bit more. I will continue to soak her and see how it goes. Thank you so much for your help.
