Then again, the markings on Beans' feet look like Ancona???...... I don't know if Magpies have black on their feet???....

I think beans is ancona....I looked up the hatchery my feed store bought him from, and they have ancona but not magpie....he/she is a rare breed, though!!!!! That makes me happy!!!!

they were all so cute when they were little....now they're just a pain in the butt....LOL!!!! Everyone loves them though, and I hope I have at least one male and one female, that way I can get some more and have some to eat. They're three different breeds, though, so I don't know if they'll end up being good meat birds. I also don't know if I want more ducks in the house!!!!

Thanks!!! I love my babies, ducks are so fun to keep!!! The one you see between the 2 ducks is my Toulouse goose, and the blue one is a chick I think White Leghorn. But the blue chick was deyed for Easter! They always sale dyed chicks for Easter time! I think they inject the egg with dye and the chick comes out that color! Cool huh?!!! But yeah... I stay up on BYC until my DH goes to work in the morning lol!!!! Which is until 6 or 7am lol!!! I can't help it, BYC is like crack lol!!!! My Dh tells me it's a myspace for animal lovers!!!

it's about the weed killer roundup.....and the things it does the the environment....it's really bad, and the company that created it poisoned an entire community and they covered it up. They also created a plant that is 'immune' to roundup, genetically modified. It's freakin scary!!!!
