Help spraddle legged chick

What if anything can be dome for a spraddle legged chick? I have chicks hatching right now, and I see one of them that hatched during the night is spraddlled. Has anyone ever been able to correct this? I really do not want to put this beautiful silkie baby down.

Been along time but one of my chics had it as well & did fine. Seperate the little chic, until it heals,you may want to put another chic in with it so won't be lonely.Just make sure the hurt one isn't getting picked on & is eating/drinking.
