Help - Stopped getting email subscription notifications - unsubscribing???

I always stay logged in. Last night I logged out, logged back in, and my emails are now arriving. Thanx!!

Those not getting subscriptions they expect to get, try the following:

1. Check your subscriptions. If you want them immediately, set them to that.
2. Mark all forum topics as read. There is a link at the top of the main forum called "Mark Forums Read"
3. If that doesn't work, try logging out, deleting your internet cache, and log back in.

If you're not getting any emails at all from BYC, try this:

1. Check your spam folder
2. Add [email protected] to your email system contacts / address book
3. See if your email provider can tell you why your emails from [email protected] are being blocked / lost

I checked everything you listed above. I changed email addresses from Aol to Gmail. I marked all forums read. I logged off & back on. Now here is what I get.

1. We couldn't find any subscription activity. Try adding stuff to your list!

2.Even though I have the box checked, I'm automatically logged "off" each time I leave the forum.

3. I checked my subscriptions & have new posts but NOT notified.

4. All my current subscriptions are marked "immediate".

5. Spam folder is empty

6. Added [email protected] to my email address book

I've posted on the other thread several times - BUGS & PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW PLATFORM.

I have been receiving my e-mails on subscriptions perfectly until mid morning on Tuesday. No more e-mails have come through since on any of my subscriptions or pm notifications. Everything was working fine.

I removed all my subscriptions this morning at 3:30 am and resubscribed to all the threads I was interested in. I even retyped my e-mail address. Still nothing.

I am using internet explorer 9, upgraded a couple weeks back. So what happened? I did notice the site was down Tuesday.


ETA: I have a hotmail account so the e-mails are not getting put into a spam folder. I have a junk folder, but they are not there either.
