Help - Stopped getting email subscription notifications - unsubscribing???

ETA: I have posted about this problem about 5-6 times and have gotten no response. I have done everything suggested to fix it.

DO I HAVE TO PERHAPS BREAK A RULE TO GET SOME ATTENTION?????????????????????????????

Hang in there, Jean! Nifty has had his hands full with the notification issue. I am SURE he will continue to look into it and will get back to you ASAP. (I wish I could be more helpful ....

Jean, I wish I was a computer geek so I could help. It seems you and Lynne (wwmicasa1) are in the same situation - getting absolutely nothing. I know how frustrating

it was for me not getting anything for just a couple of days, then one day with lots of emails, then another couple of silent days. Mine seem to be coming thru now OK after logging out and back in, but I know you have done that already probably 100 times!

I hope both you and Lynne can hang in there just a bit longer - BYC can't afford to lose either of you.

I don't know if it made a difference but the first time I went under subscriptions and made changes I didn't mash hte update subscriptions button near the top and it didn't work. Later I tried again and saw that button so I did it and logged out and in and my subs started back....that was before the Tues fix and they never stopped coming

lol...so sorry. I feel your pain. I think I was one of the few in the first group that stopped getting emails...then tons of people stopped getting them. I felt like my concerns were ignored a little at first.
I am sure you did all the suggestions but...maybe go through them one more time? I dunno...
