HELP strange bugs on chicks!

I just had one of my hens hatch a chick two days ago! we have been raising it inside and when holding it i sometimes notice these odd bugs on It. They are tan arthropod type things tiny and move very quick. I have also noticed other color bugs to fast to see.I haven't noticed any of the usual black mites but am concerned about the strange number of bugs on her. I have managed to pull one of them of her but there are still more! Are they something she picked up in the coop that will not cause harm or are they going to hurt her. What ever we do we do not want to get rid of her she if the first chick we have ever hatched ourselves.

You should get some chicken dust stuff. It will get rid of the bugs.
